Jim Franco is the Founder, President, and Chief Problem Solver at Trifecta IT Solutions, where he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping businesses navigate their technology challenges. After six years of service in the United States Navy, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Master of Business Administration in Technology Management. He went on to serve as Director of IT at iTarget.com and later as Director of Disaster Recovery at LPL Financial at their San Diego office.
Drawing on these experiences, Jim founded LF Consulting in 2003, originally providing custom database design and development. As the needs of his clients and the technology landscape evolved, so did the company – first becoming San Diego PC Repair and ultimately evolving into Trifecta IT Solutions, with a focus centered on three core principles: Security, Systems Management, and Disaster Recovery.
Today, Jim combines his diverse experience with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to help businesses keep their technology secure, reliable, and working the way it should. But most importantly, Jim is a husband, father of two, and a proud cat-grandpa.
